This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees and the disciplinary process in the workplace, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
To understand what incidences and occurrences in the workplace should be managed as part of a formal disciplinary case management. To be able to identify when formal disciplinary action is appropriate and what a fair process looks like.
Delegates will be able to lead a disciplinary process to meet the standards set out in the Acas Code of Practice. They will gain experience, knowledge and understanding regarding the value of conducting consistent and fair disciplinary procedures. It will provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and conduct disciplinary procedures in the workplace.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
