This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees and for those responsible for policies and procedures in the workplace.
To be able to identify what behaviours and attitudes in the workplace potentially amount to discrimination. To understand the importance of having policies and procedures in place to reduce the risk of discrimination in the workplace and to recognise when a formal process needs to be followed.
Delegates will gain experience, knowledge and understanding regarding the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It will provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to swiftly identify potentially discriminatory behaviours and attitudes and to address them effectively and fairly.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
