This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees in the workplace, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
To gain an understanding of the eligibility criteria and entitlements to family friendly leave and how to ensure you are meeting your obligations as an employer.
Delegates will be able to identify the various types of family friendly leave and gain experience, knowledge and understanding to effectively provide and support employees with their entitlements. They will gain experience, knowledge and understanding to manage and conduct a flexible working process in the workplace.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
