This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees in the workplace, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
To gain an understanding of the statutory flexible working scheme and supporting Acas guidance and how flexible working arrangements may benefit your business.
Delegates gain experience, knowledge and understanding to be able to manage and conduct a flexible working process in the workplace.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions.
