This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees and the grievance process in the workplace, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
To understand what incidences and occurrences in the workplace should be managed as part of a formal grievance case management. To be able to identify a grievance and when following a formal process is appropriate as well as understanding what a fair process looks like.
Delegates will be able to lead a grievance process to meet the standards set out in the Acas Code of Practice. They will gain experience, knowledge and understanding regarding the value of conducting consistent and fair grievance procedures. It will provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and conduct grievance procedures in the workplace.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
