This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for recruiting staff, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
To understand how best the needs of your business can be met when recruiting and to ensure you are offering terms of employment which are compliant with current employment law.
Delegates will know how to carry out right to work checks and what must be included in a written statement of employment particulars. They will also understand the minimum legal requirements relating to national minimum wage, working hours and holiday entitlement and pay.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
