This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees and the redundancy process in the workplace, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
To identify early when there is a risk of redundancy in the workplace and to manage the redundancy effectively and fairly so as to reduce the risk of unfair dismissal claims.
Delegates will be able to lead a redundancy process in line with Acas guidance. They will gain experience, knowledge and understanding regarding the various stages of the redundancy process and it will provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and conduct redundancy processes in the workplace.
We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
