Who is the training aimed at?

This course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for managing employees in the workplace. We can also tailor the training for employees generally which will tie in with manager’s training and your responsibilities as an employer. This would be a separate session.

They will be able to recognise what is unacceptable behaviour and will gain confidence to take appropriate action to handle complaints and appropriately address them taking into account legal guidance and best practice procedures.

How long is the course and how is it delivered?

We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions. We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
