What topics do you cover?
We offer training on a number of employment topic areas from recruitment to dismissals and anything in between. You tell us what areas you would like to receive training in and, together, we will create a bespoke training session to achieve your aims and objectives.

Who is the training aimed at?
Our training is suitable for anyone with responsibility for recruiting and managing employees in the workplace, such as managers, supervisors and your in-house HR team.
What will delegates learn?
Our aim is for your employees with responsibility for managing staff to improve their knowledge and understanding of relevant legal principles, best practice guidelines and procedures. Our sessions are designed to equip them with the skills and confidence to manage often difficult issues in the workplace.
Where are the sessions held and how many delegates can attend?
We can deliver training sessions at your premises, an off-site location or at NFU Headquarters in Warwickshire (CV8 2TZ). We can also deliver remote training sessions. Courses can be arranged in small groups (maximum 12 delegates) or on a one-to-one basis. We offer both half day (up to 3 hours) and full day (up to 6 hours) training sessions.
